WHEN WHAT USED TO FIT NO LONGER QUITE DOES

When the direction that brought you here no longer shows you what comes next

You may have worked hard to build the career, business or working life you have now.

And it may have been entirely right for you.

But sometimes something changes.

What once felt clear starts to feel less certain. You may know you don’t want simply more of the same, without yet knowing what the alternative is.

Perhaps you feel pulled towards a different direction but don’t quite trust yourself to follow it. Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock. Or perhaps you understand the situation perfectly well logically, yet something underneath still feels unresolved.

You don’t necessarily need to throw everything away.

You may need enough space to understand what has changed, what still matters, and what you want to take forward from here.

Changing direction doesn’t mean you got it wrong

A career, role or business can be right for one stage of your life and no longer fit in quite the same way later.

That doesn’t make the time or energy you invested in it a mistake.

You bring your experience with you: what you have learned, what you are good at, what matters more to you now, and perhaps a clearer sense of what you no longer want.

Sometimes the work isn’t about starting again.

It is about understanding how the person you are now relates to everything that brought you here — and making your next decisions from that place, rather than from habit, expectation or somebody else’s idea of what you should do.

You may not need a completely new life. You may need a clearer relationship with what comes next.

PERSONALISED CHANGE WORK

A deeper piece of work, held properly over time

Personalised Change Work is a 1:1 engagement for one meaningful area of change.

The work is designed to unfold over several weeks, typically around 8–10, with flexibility in the pace and timing depending on what is most useful.

That gives us enough continuity to understand what is really happening, explore what may be influencing it, go deeper where that is useful, and make sense of what emerges as you move forward.

You may already be someone who likes to think things through carefully and make your own decisions.

My role is to help you explore what may be influencing the situation, see it more clearly and make choices you can genuinely stand behind.

We agree the main focus at the beginning. From there, the route is personalised rather than predetermined.

Why work over several weeks?

Some questions can be usefully explored in a single conversation.

Others benefit from continuity.

Working together over a period of time gives us room not only to talk about what is happening, but to notice what emerges between sessions, explore things more deeply where useful, review what changes and bring new understanding back into everyday life, work or decisions.

It means we can stay with one coherent piece of work, rather than repeatedly starting again.

Sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can join from a private space that works for you without needing to travel.

Start with a few brief questions. If your enquiry suggests this could be a good fit, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

HOW THE WORK DEVELOPS

A clear focus. A flexible route.

There is a direction to the work, but not a script.

We begin by agreeing what you want this piece of work to be about. As the engagement develops, we can adapt how we explore it according to what becomes relevant, what you are comfortable with and what appears most useful.

Orient

Clarify what you want to explore and what matters most now.

Understand

Look more closely at the pressures, expectations, patterns or influences shaping the situation.

Explore

Open up different perspectives and possibilities that may be difficult to see when you are right inside the problem.

Deepen where useful

If it feels appropriate, we can work beyond ordinary conscious reflection rather than trying to think our way through everything.

Integrate

Consider what has actually been useful and what you want to take into everyday life.

Move forward

Translate greater understanding into choices, conversations, experiments or practical next steps.

This isn’t a six-stage formula that everybody follows in exactly the same way.

The focus remains coherent; the route can adapt.

Around the midpoint, we’ll pause and take stock of what has shifted, what still feels important and where the remaining time may be most useful.

That might mean continuing as we are, refining the focus or zooming in on one particular aspect.

The route can evolve without losing sight of why you began.

PERSONALISED TO THE WORK

You don’t need to know which kind of session you need

With Personalised Change Work, you are choosing the overall piece of work rather than a predetermined set of session types or methods.

We begin with what you want to explore.

As the work develops, I may suggest different ways of approaching what is emerging, depending on the focus, what seems useful and what you are comfortable with.

For one person, much of the work may remain conversational and reflective.

For another, it might include hypnosis, subconscious exploration, Human Design, meditation, or intuitive and energetic perspectives.

For someone else, it may be a blend.

We decide together what feels appropriate as the work develops — you don’t need to choose those methods in advance.

Across the weeks we work together, nothing has to be explored through a particular method or interpreted in a particular way.

The work stays centred on you, the focus we have agreed and what emerges along the way.

IS THIS THE RIGHT KIND OF WORK FOR YOU?

This may suit you if…

You may recognise yourself here if life is still ticking along day to day, but you know something important no longer feels quite settled.

Perhaps you have reached a meaningful crossroads in your work, direction or business.

Perhaps simply repeating what you have always done no longer feels enough.

Or perhaps things look perfectly all right from the outside, while privately you are wondering whether you want something different from the next stage.

You may value thoughtful, personalised exploration rather than somebody handing you a formula.

You may want enough space to reflect honestly, regain perspective and make your own decisions rather than being told what to do.

And you may be open to the possibility that there is more than one layer to what you are experiencing, without needing to think of yourself as spiritual.

If you’ve recognised something of yourself in what you’ve read here, this work offers thoughtful support with change, direction and self-trust.

This is a piece of personalised change work. It isn’t a substitute for counselling or clinical mental-health care, nor is it designed for crisis, relationship or family support. Those needs are better supported in an appropriate specialist setting.

ABOUT SARA

Practical experience, with room to go deeper

My work has developed over many years across change, confidence, work, business and deeper personal exploration.

That breadth means I am not limited to one coaching model or one way of understanding what is happening.

I can work with practical questions around decisions, confidence and direction while also being comfortable exploring subconscious, intuitive or more spiritually orientated dimensions where those are relevant to you.

I don’t assume everything has a deeper meaning.

Equally, I don’t need to dismiss an experience simply because it falls outside a conventional framework.

My role is to help you explore what is happening thoughtfully, without imposing an interpretation on you — and to keep bringing the work back to what is actually useful in your life.

My background also includes business, marketing and self-employment, so I understand some of the pressures that can come with building something of your own.

Where that is part of the picture, the work may also help you reconnect with confidence, purpose and greater trust in your own decisions.

PERSONALISED CHANGE WORK

A defined piece of work, shaped around you

Personalised Change Work is 1:1 work designed to unfold over several weeks, typically around 8–10, with flexibility in the pace and timing.

We agree one principal area of focus, while the rhythm of the work, the timing of sessions and the approaches we use can flex around what seems most useful as the work develops.

The investment for the full piece of work is £995, paid upfront.

Within that period, the engagement includes up to 10 hours of 1:1 sessions, used flexibly according to what is most useful as the work develops.

If, after your enquiry and Connection Call, we both feel this is the right way to work together, I’ll explain the next steps clearly before you decide whether to proceed.

Start with a short enquiry. If it looks as though this could be a good fit, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

You may be wondering…

I don’t know what kind of session I need.

You don’t need to.

You are choosing the overall piece of work rather than a particular modality. We can decide together how best to approach what emerges as the work develops.

Do I have to be spiritual?

No.

Some clients prefer entirely practical and reflective work. Others are comfortable exploring deeper, intuitive or more spiritually orientated perspectives where they feel relevant.

Neither is a requirement.

What if I don’t need several weeks of work?

That may be the case.

Sometimes a more focused or deeper standalone session may be more appropriate.

The enquiry — and, where appropriate, the Connection Call — help us understand what you are actually looking for and whether Personalised Change Work — or another way of working together — makes the most sense.

What if the focus changes while we’re working together?

The route can evolve.

Around the midpoint, we’ll review what has shifted and whether it would be useful to refine the focus or zoom in on a particular aspect.

If something genuinely separate emerges, we can decide together whether it belongs within this piece of work or would be better explored separately.

Is this business coaching?

Not in the conventional consultancy sense.

If your business or self-employment is part of what you are navigating, we can work with the confidence, direction, self-belief or sense of purpose sitting underneath it, drawing on my wider business and marketing experience where that is useful.

What might I take from the work?

Because the work is personal, what becomes most useful will naturally differ from one person to another.

The process is designed to help you see your situation more clearly, understand what may be influencing it, build greater trust in your own judgement and make more conscious decisions about what comes next.

For some people, the most important shift may be clarity or confidence.

For others, it may be understanding something differently, recognising what no longer fits, reconnecting with what matters, or feeling more able to take a next step.

THE NEXT STEP

You don’t need to decide about everything today

If you recognise something of yourself in what you’ve read and would like to explore whether this could be the right piece of work for you, the first step is simply to give me a little context.

You don’t need to tell me your whole story.

A few brief answers are enough for me to understand what is bringing you here and whether a Connection Call is likely to be useful.

If your enquiry suggests this could be a good fit, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

The call gives us both a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels appropriate, with no pressure either way.

Start with a few brief questions.

A LITTLE CONTEXT BEFORE WE TALK

A little context before we talk

You don’t need to tell me your whole story here.

A few brief answers will give me enough context to understand what you’re looking for and consider whether a Connection Call is likely to be useful.

Please keep your answers concise and don’t include medical information, diagnoses or other sensitive personal details at this stage.

I’ll use the details you provide to review and respond to your enquiry.
