DEEPER WORK

When you want to explore beneath the surface, without being told what you have to believe

Sometimes you are not looking for another practical answer.

You may have a question you keep returning to, a pattern you want to understand more deeply, or an experience that does not fit neatly into everyday explanation.

Perhaps you are curious about hypnosis, regression or past-life exploration.

Perhaps something has happened that felt unusual, significant or deeply personal, and you would like space to explore it without somebody immediately explaining it away — or deciding for you what it must mean.

Or perhaps you simply feel drawn to discover what might emerge when ordinary conscious thinking is no longer doing all of the work.

You do not need to know exactly what you believe before you begin.

WHEN CURIOSITY GOES DEEPER

You may be looking for exploration rather than another surface-level answer

You may recognise something of yourself here if you have been thinking:

“I feel there is something deeper here that I want to explore.”

“I would like to experience regression or BQH with someone grounded.”

“There is a question I cannot answer simply by thinking harder about it.”

“I have had an experience I cannot easily explain.”

“I am curious about past-life or spiritual exploration, but I do not want to be told what I must believe.”

“I want to understand more about myself, my life or my spiritual development.”

You do not need to arrive with a dramatic problem.

Curiosity, a meaningful question, or the sense that you would like to look beneath the everyday level can be enough.

DEEP EXPLORATION SESSION

A substantial piece of deeper work, with enough time not to rush it

A Deep Exploration Session is a personalised online experience for people who deliberately want to explore at greater depth.

Rather than booking a particular type of regression in advance, we begin with what is drawing you towards the work and what you would like to explore.

I reserve up to approximately four hours so there is room to arrive properly, settle into the work, explore without watching the clock and integrate before we finish.

Many sessions naturally fall somewhere around 3–3.5 hours, but the protected diary time means the experience does not need to be forced into a shorter slot simply because something meaningful is still unfolding.

The engagement also includes appropriate preparation beforehand and one brief Integration Check-In afterwards.

You are choosing the depth and space of the exploration, rather than purchasing a particular regression label.

Start with a few brief questions. If your enquiry suggests this could be appropriate, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

HOW THE SESSION DEVELOPS

There is a shape to the experience, without a predetermined script

A deeper session needs enough structure to feel clear and well held, but enough flexibility to follow what actually emerges.

Prepare

Before the session, we clarify what has brought you to the work, what you would particularly like to explore and any questions you want to bring with you.

You will also receive fuller preparation and suitability information once we have agreed that the session is appropriate.

Arrive and orient

At the beginning of the session, we take time to settle in, talk through your intention and make sure you understand how we are going to work.

There is no need to rush straight into hypnosis.

Explore

The main part of the session gives us time to move beyond ordinary conscious reflection and follow what emerges.

The exact experience varies from person to person.

Integrate

Before finishing, there is time to return fully to ordinary awareness, reflect on what stood out and consider what feels useful or meaningful to take from the experience.

Check in

We arrange one brief Integration Check-In, normally within around 7–14 days, so you can reflect on how the experience has settled and raise reasonable questions that became clearer afterwards.

This is not a stopwatch protocol.

The purpose of the structure is to give the work a clear beginning, enough depth in the middle, and a grounded ending.

ROOM FOR MORE THAN ONE INTERPRETATION

You do not need to decide exactly what an experience means for it to be worth exploring

Inner experiences do not always fit neatly into one explanation.

Something encountered in hypnosis or regression may feel symbolic.

It may seem connected with memory, imagination or subconscious material.

It may feel intuitive or deeply spiritual.

Some people experience material they understand as past-life or other-life experience.

Sometimes something simply feels personally significant without being easy to explain.

I do not need to decide for you which interpretation is objectively correct.

My role is to help you explore what is happening, remain curious about what emerges and consider what meaning or value the experience has for you.

You are free to hold a spiritual interpretation.

You are equally free to remain uncertain.

The work does not require you to adopt my worldview — or anybody else’s.

HOW WE MAY EXPLORE

Hypnosis, regression and BQH are routes into the work — not separate products you have to choose between

Depending on what you would like to explore, what we have agreed beforehand and what seems appropriate during the session, the work may draw on approaches including:

- hypnosis;

- regression;

- BQH-style exploration;

- guided imagery;

- reflective enquiry;

- intuitive awareness;

- appropriate energetic or spiritually orientated perspectives.

You do not need to know whether you want Past Life Regression, BQH or another named form of regression before you contact me.

We begin with what you are interested in exploring, not with a menu of techniques.

Not everybody experiences hypnosis or inner exploration in the same way, and no particular type of imagery, memory, spiritual experience or outcome is guaranteed.

A GROUNDED WAY TO GO DEEPER

There is room here for the unusual, without losing the ground beneath your feet

I have worked with hypnosis, regression and deeper forms of personal exploration over many years, alongside a wider background in change work and complementary practice.

That experience means I am comfortable when a session moves beyond material that is easy to explain in ordinary everyday terms.

You do not need to edit an unusual experience into something more conventional before you tell me about it.

Equally, I will not tell you that an unusual experience automatically proves a particular spiritual or metaphysical explanation.

I can stay curious with you.

I can ask useful questions.

I can work with what emerges without needing to force it into a predetermined story.

The aim is not to make the experience fit a belief system. It is to give you enough space to explore it thoughtfully.

IS THIS THE RIGHT KIND OF EXPLORATION FOR YOU?

This may suit you if…

This work may suit you if you are genuinely curious about deeper exploration and comfortable with the fact that what emerges cannot be guaranteed in advance.

You may already be familiar with hypnosis, meditation, regression or spiritual exploration.

Or this may be completely new to you.

What matters more is that you are willing to participate actively, stay curious and allow the session to unfold without demanding a predetermined result.

It may also suit you if you are comfortable holding uncertainty — including the possibility that an experience can feel meaningful without needing an immediate definitive explanation.

This is not the right setting for every need

A Deep Exploration Session is non-clinical exploratory work.

It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, crisis support or a substitute for appropriate medical or psychological care.

It is also not intended to prove a particular supernatural belief, guarantee contact with guides or other beings, guarantee a past-life experience, or promise healing or cure.

There are also circumstances in which hypnosis or regression work may not be appropriate.

Those details are considered properly during the suitability and preparation process rather than asking you to disclose medical histories or diagnoses in a first enquiry.

If I do not think this is the right work for you, I will tell you.

DEEP EXPLORATION SESSION

A substantial session, held as one complete piece of work

The Deep Exploration Session includes:

- appropriate preparation before we meet;

- the extended online exploration session;

- protected diary time of up to approximately four hours;

- time to integrate before finishing;

- one brief Integration Check-In afterwards.

The investment is:

£325, paid upfront once we have both agreed that this is an appropriate way to work together.

A recording of the principal exploration may sometimes be possible where it is appropriate, agreed and technically feasible, but it is not a guaranteed part of the session.

Begin with a short enquiry. If it looks as though this could be appropriate, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

You may be wondering…

Do I have to believe in past lives?

No.

Some people come specifically because they are curious about past-life exploration.

Others remain completely open-minded.

You do not need to decide in advance whether something encountered in regression is literal, symbolic, subconscious, spiritual or something else.

Will I definitely experience a past life?

No.

The session follows your experience rather than trying to force a predetermined outcome.

Something quite different may emerge from what you originally expected.

Is everything I experience literally true?

I do not make that determination for you.

An experience may feel vivid or deeply meaningful without requiring me to tell you that it represents objective historical or metaphysical fact.

We can explore what it means to you without forcing certainty where there is none.

What if I am not very visual?

You do not need to be somebody who naturally sees vivid pictures in your mind.

People experience hypnosis and inner exploration differently.

Imagery is only one way information or experience may arise.

Can I bring questions?

Yes.

Part of the preparation process is deciding what you would particularly like to explore and identifying useful questions or areas of focus.

There still needs to be room for the session to move in an unexpected direction if something else becomes more relevant.

Is this therapy?

No.

This is non-clinical exploratory work rather than psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.

Can you guarantee healing or a particular result?

No.

I cannot guarantee what will emerge or what effect a session will have.

The value lies in the opportunity for meaningful exploration, perspective and personal insight rather than a promised outcome.

How is this different from Personalised Change Work?

Personalised Change Work begins with a meaningful real-life change, decision or direction that you want to navigate over several weeks.

Deeper Work begins with the deliberate wish for an extended deeper exploration.

A Deep Exploration Session may have a particular question or focus, but the exploratory experience itself is central.

If you are unsure which is more appropriate, the enquiry and — where useful — the Connection Call can help us decide.

Will I receive a recording?

A recording of part of the session may sometimes be possible where it is appropriate, agreed and technically feasible.

It is not currently offered as a guaranteed part of every Deep Exploration Session.

THE NEXT STEP

You do not need to decide what the session will uncover before you contact me

If this feels like the kind of exploration you have been looking for, the first step is simply to give me a little context.

You do not need to explain your whole life story.

A few brief answers are enough for me to understand what is drawing you towards Deeper Work and whether a Connection Call is likely to be useful.

If your enquiry suggests a Deep Exploration Session could be appropriate, I’ll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call.

That gives us both a chance to ask questions, talk about what you are hoping to explore and consider whether working together feels right.

There is no pressure to proceed.

Start with a few brief questions.

A LITTLE CONTEXT BEFORE WE TALK

What is drawing you towards deeper exploration?

You do not need to tell me your whole story here.

A few brief answers will give me enough context to understand what you are looking for and consider whether a Connection Call is likely to be useful.

Please keep your answers concise and do not include medical information, diagnoses or other sensitive personal details at this stage.

I’ll use the details you provide to review and respond to your enquiry.

You can read how I handle personal information in my Privacy Policy.
